BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1. DEPOSIT PAYMENT.
All bookings are subject to the receipt of a deposit. This deposit will be 50% of the holiday cost. If the deposit is not forthcoming within 10 days of the booking date, the holiday will deemed to be cancelled and will be re-let. All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. BALANCE PAYMENT.
The balance of any booking is required at least five weeks before the commencement of the holiday. Any bookings which are made within the five week deadline will be subject to payment of the total amount which must be received within 7 days of the booking date or prior to arrival if booked less than seven days prior to the holiday start date.
Should any balances not be forthcoming, and a reason is not given, then we reserve the right to cancel the booking and re-let the property.
3. HOLIDAY CANCELLATIONS.
If you cancel for any reason, all monies paid will be forfeited. Should we be able to re-let the property, we will refund all monies paid less the deposit amount. You should consider holiday insurance to cover this eventuality.
In the unlikely event of the cottage not being available for the holiday due to matters arising behond our control, we will refund all monies paid.
4. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE.
Please note the earliest time for arrival is 3pm. This is to ensure the cottage is cleaned and fully prepared for you.On the departure date, please vacate the property by 10am. We would be grateful if you could leave the cottage clean, place all rubbish in the outside bins as directed and leave the contents as you found them. Any breakages or problems which will ffect subsequent lets should be reported immediately.
