View from the balcony over the garden & patio area. This is a wonderful sun trap receiving the afternoon and evening sunshine and is a good spot for BBQs .
The well equipped kitchen/dining room has direct access to the patio. There is a fridge freezer, gas cooker with oven and a microwave oven. There is also a washing machine with outside drying area and iron/ironing board. You can stock up easily as the local supermarket is a 1 minute walk away.
The spacious lounge has TV, DVD & Video and there are views across the rooftops to the Abbey.
There is a good selection of books, magazines and board games.
The property is fully central heated and there is also an electric fire.
